~ General Ticketing Information ~
We make every attempt to offer you the most options possible when it comes to buying tickets. Ticketing for our productions is handled by Brown Paper Tickets.com. They are a wonderful ticketing company that keeps fees low, so we can pass the savings along to you, the ticket holder.
  • Tickets can be purchased online by clicking on the show's link (above). 
  • You can also purchase by phone 24/7
  • If you do not want to use a credit card, you have options:
    • Make arrangements to send a check by e-mailing info@fracturedmirrorproductions.com. Tickets will be mailed when payment clears. (Be sure to allow time for the postal service!)
    • To purchase with cash, stop by the venue 1/2 an hour before any performance and we'll be happy to assist you.

Group Tickets

Seating for all performances is general admission- first come, first served. 
At-Door Sales
All At-Door sales are cash only. While At-Door sales are possible, audience sizes for "Shades of Poe" are very small, so advance ticket purchase is highly recommended.
Sold Out Performances
Due to our small audience sizes, performances often sell out. While we do occasionally have no-shows,  we do not know they will be no-shows until curtain time. However, if you would like to try your luck on a sold out performance, you are welcome to come to the venue and see if any seats open up. Please be aware, however, that we cannot guarantee you will get in.
If you purchase tickets online and the performance is then labeled "Sold Out", we mean it. Please do not bring other people and hope to squeeze them in! Our audience sizes are not negotiable as they are determined by fire code. You can always hope for a no-show, but we absolutely will not sell more seats than are available.

Brown Paper Tickets offers refunds within 12 hours of ticket purchase. BPT also permits exchanges if you need to change your tickets to another night.
After 12 hours, ticket purchases are final. Tickets can be exchanged for a later date up to 1 hour before the performance should an emergency arise. If tickets cannot be exchanged due to a sell-out or no other date working, a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis IF the ticket purchaser notifies Fractured Mirror Productions at least 6 hours prior to performance time.
Due to the small audience size of our performances, and the demand for tickets, we do our best to re-sell unused tickets. In short, if you enable us to resell your tickets, we'll be more able to offer you a refund.
